The staff was very polite and helpful . The beach is a quick golf cart ride away , and I appreciated the calm, beautiful water.
The hotel felt a bit dated. I saw exposed electric wiring on the way to the pool , and that did not feel safe.

anaëlle greeted us warmly upon arrival. she escorted us to our suite swiftly. anaëlle managed the check in process. she detailed the services and amenities including f&b outlets. anaëlle provided consistent help, acting as our point of contact. she even helped with off-hotel dining reservations. i appreciated her personalized service throughout my stay.

The butler service seemed less attentive than I expected. Often, requests took longer to fulfill than promised. I faced difficulties in getting prompt assistance, frustrating. I expected better soundproofing for a hotel of this caliber, but it wasn't adequate. This made relaxation difficult.
