spacious room equivalent amenities whirlpool bath
i found Great value at this accommodation. The room was really spacious, and it had equivalent amenities found in higher-rated hotels. it also included a whirlpool bath, amazing. The location being near food and drink places was convenient.

great location consistent heat clean bathroom comfortable mattress
the location impressed me. the shower provided consistent heat and force and the bathroom was clean. the mattress was comfortable. accessing the hotel was easy and i found complimentary water in the room.
the soundproofing could be improved as i heard some noise from other rooms.

my beautiful suite had ample space and natural light and the bed felt amazing. i couldn't quite figure out the hot tub jets but that was a very minor issue. the restful atmosphere definitely contributed to a superb stay.

solid stay
good size tea facilities coded entry
the room size was good. tea making facilities exist. keyless coded entry made access simple. ginger & mint, the restaurant downstairs, offered great coffees and breakfast. the staff was always kind and helpful.
the broken bathroom door was a problem. the sheets may have not been changed. they smelled of fly spray. this was my only problem.

the hotel had a very quiet location. it was close to a tube station. there were pubs and restaurants within walking distance. the regents canal was also nearby.

the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea. a tap with filtered water was in the room. wifi was included. the standout memory from this stay was the restaurant downstairs.

communication was good. questions was answered quickly. i loved not having to talk to people at the reception. staff were kind and helpful. problems were solved quickly.

charming stay near transportation
helpful instructions great bed easy route
I received very helpful instructions to access the hotel. the bed was great, also the shower. the location was amazing. I could easily participate in the landmarks half marathon. the accommodation was close to a tube station.
the walls were far too thin! other guests were using the jacuzzi until late. water was coming through to my room.

lots of pubs are close by. also, there are some cafes and restaurants within walking distance, all available close to the hotel. the bar beneath the hotel was pleasant and the food there was decently priced.
