the location was convenient. i found restaurants and a supermarket nearby, it was a short walk to the central area. i liked that tram 22 to the castle and charles bridge was easily accessible, the stop was very close. the metro station provided good connections to the rest of the city.
the room felt unorganized. i thought the bed was too far from the wall, it made it difficult to lay comfortably. even with the ac on warm, the room remained cold. the pillow was not comfortable, and the blanket was small.

i found the location to be ideal it was near many public transport options including metro and tram stations accessing major tourist spots was simple and quick the surrounding area felt safe and pleasant for evening strolls

The hotel's location worked alright because it was not far from a tram stop.
The room temperature was set to 26 degrees Celsius. This was hot. Guests cannot change the temperature for their own rooms. I found this to be a major oversight and quite frustrating!
