The location was very central. Breakfast each morning offered great variety. Beds in the room provided good comfort. The staff helped recommend amazing attractions and trips. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They always made themselves available.

The location was convenient for reaching many tourist spots and some nice restaurants are also nearby.
The spa was not working . I was disappointed. I had wanted to relax after a long day of sightseeing, but the facilities were unavailable. It really dampened my experience.

the staff were amazing!!! they were very helpful and eager to help. the location is ideal if you want to be central to the great landmarks. it is less than a 10 minute walk to the blue mosque and a 15 minute walk to the grand bazaar and spice bazaar.

location was okay, near some eatery places.
the room i got was not that good. it looked old, not something i wanted. the pool was closed too, and the spa wasnt open either. i really wanted to use the pool.
