The room was rather small. It lacked drawers for storage. I kept my clothes in my suitcases . The staff also provided inaccurate information regarding taxis. They directed me to a corner with unmetered taxis, which led to a frustrating experience.

i appreciated the helpful and cute staff, especially eser at reception and noor in the restaurant. the taxi driver (g) was also very friendly (called by the operator). the location was amazing, within walking distance of the grand bazaar. mr kerim.

the bathroom had a sliding door without a lock, which wasn't ideal. the overhead shower was not working. i could hear noise from outside very late at night when trying to sleep.

the AC was old, it made TOO much noise. It did not cool the room sufficiently , ALWAYS. The towels were also old. The beds seemed a bit outdated as well.
