inadequate stay near the blue mosque

The room i booked was far too small, and i felt quite cramped . the bed was also rather uncomfortable. It lacked proper support. i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this (i even woke up with a back ache!). the breakfast selection was quite limited, too. it lacked variety and failed to impress me.

The staff was friendly. they helped with my luggage right away, i appreciated this. breakfast offered many options and the terrace offered a beautiful sea view. we were served turkish tea. Nuts were also offered.

The hotel is close to the blue mosque. the location is also near a tram station. rooms include a safe and mini bar stocked daily with water. daily room cleaning is an option. They change towels daily.

The location was superb. it was a very short walk to many attractions. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. they assisted with organizing transfers. It was helpful since the airport is a distance away. the breakfast was great and the service was friendly and efficient!!!
room 202 had a mattress that was far too soft. it offered no support and dipped in the middle. the room was not soundproofed. i could hear people arriving at reception from the second floor throughout the night.

I appreciated the helpful and pleasant staff. They assisted with organizing transfers, a great help because the airport is distant (about an hour away). The location was convenient and within walking distance to many sites. I found the accommodations clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
The room's sound insulation was not adequate. I could hear noise in the reception area late at night. Thin windows also allowed street sounds, including early morning calls to prayer, to easily enter the room.
