“This property offers a genuinely comfortable and meticulously clean stay, distinguished by its thoughtful design and modern amenities. The Gràcia neighborhood setting provides a welcome sense of quietude while remaining conveniently connected, a balance I found particularly appealing. It truly feels more like a well-appointed apartment than a standard hotel room, with attentive staff ready to assist.”

Really good Gràcia Stay
clean studio helpful restaurant easy transport
The studio apartment was very clean. It was well equipped. There were helpful suggestions regarding restaurants I visited. Access to transport seemed easy. The code system for entry worked without trouble.
The building acoustics was very poor. I could hear everything happening outside. I could also hear noises from inside the building. Soundproofing is an area that needs attention.
Service
9/10
The staff responded promptly. They answered my questions with helpful information. I received useful recommendations for neighborhood restaurants. The team provided a really thoughtful touch.
Dining
10/10
The kitchen was very well equipped. It provided adequate space for preparing meals. I found supermarkets, bakeries, and local restaurants very close. All were within easy reach.

superb stay
kind staff useful balcony simple luggage
The staff showed much kindness. I appreciate they went beyond my expectations. The room featured a useful balcony. I used this balcony daily for fresh air. The building includes an elevator. This lift made moving luggage simple. The location was also great. It had proximity to many places.
The sink drained slow.
Location
9/10
The apartment provides quick access to many shops. Cafes are nearby. Public transport stops are also very close. The location is very quiet. You will find it liveable.
Dining
10/10
The kitchen has all appliances needed. I was happy salt was available. I forgot to buy it. There were enough utensils. The kitchen facilities were also clean.

average stay
friendly staff great location good base poor check-in non-functioning tv broken towel holders
i found the staff to be quite friendly. their english was very good. the location had a good spot between sagrada familia, park guell and the gothic quarter. it was a good base for exploring.
The check in experience was not good. The provided key code did not allow entry to the building. i had to wait outside, and someone leaving let me in. the tv did not work and the controls did not function past the screensaver. there were broken towel holders in the bathroom too.

mixed feelings about this accommodation
faulty tv inconvenient check in
The check in process was a bit frustrating. the key code i received initially didn't work. I had to wait outside until someone else entered the building, that's not convenient at all. also, the tv in the room refused to cooperate, even after fiddling with the controls. It just stayed stuck on the screen saver. these issues impacted my overall impression of the stay.
