The studio apartment was very clean. It was well equipped. There were helpful suggestions regarding restaurants I visited. Access to transport seemed easy. The code system for entry worked without trouble.
The building acoustics was very poor. I could hear everything happening outside. I could also hear noises from inside the building. Soundproofing is an area that needs attention.

The staff showed much kindness. I appreciate they went beyond my expectations. The room featured a useful balcony. I used this balcony daily for fresh air. The building includes an elevator. This lift made moving luggage simple. The location was also great. It had proximity to many places.

i found the staff to be quite friendly. their english was very good. the location had a good spot between sagrada familia, park guell and the gothic quarter. it was a good base for exploring.
The check in experience was not good. The provided key code did not allow entry to the building. i had to wait outside, and someone leaving let me in. the tv did not work and the controls did not function past the screensaver. there were broken towel holders in the bathroom too.

faulty tvinconvenient check in
The check in process was a bit frustrating. the key code i received initially didn't work. I had to wait outside until someone else entered the building, that's not convenient at all. also, the tv in the room refused to cooperate, even after fiddling with the controls. It just stayed stuck on the screen saver. these issues impacted my overall impression of the stay.

the location was superb it was also a very quiet place. the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. i appreciated the help preparing a cappuccino each morning and the staff always asked about my day.
the check in experience was not good i waited a long time outside because the key code did not work. the tv did not work and there were no instructions to help fix it. the towel holders in the bathroom were broken and the sink did not drain properly
