I am writing this review REALLY annoyed after my stay. first, the room was TOO small. Then, the shower was barely working. The water pressure was nonexistent. i also had to ask for extra towels because they only gave me one. this level of service is unacceptable.

This hotel offers very convenient transportation options. The hotel's proximity to the center. The staff members were very kind. I felt a high level of satisfaction.
The room I stayed in was quite small. The room's furnishings also looked outdated. The price seemed a bit high considering the size and condition. There were some broken switches.

Central Location with Metro Access

The hotel location is awesome! It is super central. I easily hopped on the metro because a station is very close. I appreciated this access! The staff was also friendly, always happy to help with directions.
The room did feel a bit warm. The air conditioning was not yet active.

Luggage storage exists in the basement. This allows for easy storage before check-in or after check-out. This is especially helpful! A shuttle bus to the airport is also located within a couple blocks.

The staff are helpful. They addressed issues quickly. When I needed to open the window, reception gave me a key. This was super efficient and practical! The hotel ensured the bed was clean.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 11:00. It makes for a convenient start to the day. A good variety exists! It is perfect for setting you up for exploring.
