my room's patio door did not open properly. i reported this upon arrival, but it was never repaired as promised.

the room was clean and functional.
The upper-level swimming pool lacked bar service. smoking was also prevalent there. the umbrellas at the lower pool were too small and fixed. This made it difficult to find adequate shade. this is important for quality outdoor space that this hotel failed to deliver.

Luxurious and relaxing stay!

The hotel design is amazing, incorporating both modern and traditional elements. I particularly appreciated the multiple pool areas. I found a quiet spot easily. Access to the private beach was quick, with clear water perfect for swimming. The sunbeds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the attentive service from the beach bar staff. They made sure every guest had everything they needed. The gym was small but well-equipped. It had all the essentials for a good workout.
I found that some of the signage around the hotel was a bit confusing, especially when trying to locate certain amenities.
