genuine care local exploration quiet area comforting ritual
the staff showed genuine care, providing me wonderful guidance for local exploration i found a quiet area near the center, which i valued greatly i used the yoga mat in my room after my journey the tea selection became a comforting ritual each afternoon
the informal atmosphere at reception felt slightly out of sync with the hotel's otherwise refined ambiance

soft bed impersonal service
the room was lovely though the bed felt too soft for us. the heating failed, leaving us cold one night and then hot water also stopped the next day. Staff gave no apology, and a discount wasn't offered. the impersonal service i experienced at breakfast i found disappointing.

unique design delicious breakfast helpful staff
I found the high ceilings and unique room design amazing. They spoke volumes of artistry. The breakfast was really good, a fresh start each morning with diverse, made-to-order selections. The staff showed great friendliness and readily provided assistance, proving invaluable to the stay.
The heating system was occasionally inconsistent. This was a minor inconvenience.

Amazing Experience At The Hotel!
furnished bedroom good shower great location
Everything was top quality. The bedroom was beautifully furnished. I loved the very good shower and the wonderful mattress! Reception staff is pleasant. The hotel location is great. I found it just a few minutes' walk from the museums.

I found this hotel wonderfully unique. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided high-quality selections. The staff were helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed .
The hotel's entrance was a bit scruffy upon arrival. It did not match my expectations for a luxury hotel.
