The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I reminded me of I was asking a family member for help when I needed to extend my stay late at night. Rooms included robes and slippers, a nice touch. The minibar had complimentary water and juices that were restocked daily. So thoughtful!

The room was uncomfortably hot! The air-conditioning was not very effective.

The location is quite central. It is only a short walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly. I received Austrian chocolate upon check in.

The room was smaller than expected. There was only one drawer in the room. It knocked over the bedside table when opened. The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit selection was poor.

the location is seriously amazing. the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and i had an austrian twin bed. i slept great and enjoyed a powerful rainfall shower. the free 2-hour walking tour on saturday mornings was definitely the best thing!!! i saw non-tourist parts of the city through beautiful alleyways and courtyards.

the double bed felt a bit odd because it seemed like it was still divided by two separate mattresses, slightly noticeable.

The reception staff was very helpful and cheerful. This really brightened my mood. my room was very clean and also well furnished. the hotel is close to stephansplatz (approximately a 4-minute walk). it is very easy to access the hotel from the main train station and also the airport.

the absence of signs and instructions in english caused some inconvenience (more could be done).

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room included a complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks, a pleasant surprise. The cleaning staff kept the room very tidy, and I appreciated their friendliness.

The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed firmness wasn't quite to my preference. I found myself adjusting them frequently to get comfortable during the night, but that was a slight inconvenience.

The location is central. I was able to easily walk to St Stephen's Cathedral. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel also has its own restaurant.

The air conditioning in my room was inadequate. The room felt hotter than expected. There was also only one drawer available. The drawer knocked over the flimsy bedside table when opened.
