I loved the super clean and organized setup. the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was awesome with many choices. there were lots of lactose-free and gluten-free options. I thought that was great!
I found the hotel to be a bit old and not well-kept. This was really disappointing. the bathrooms feature a high, slippery shower-tub which is dangerous for getting out. i booked a beautiful room. There was no difference between a standard room and a beautiful.

the location was fantastic for my marathon plans (stockholm marathon 2024). i found it easy to walk to the expo and the marathon start area. the concierge staff was also friendly and gave good travel advice, which i appreciated.
I encountered a problem with the housekeeping . after two days, i had to request for my room to be cleaned. I had to ask for the bins to be emptied, dirty cups removed, and more toilet rolls provided.
