the staff were friendly and ever ready to meet our demands. the breakfast had decent range of items and lactose free milk were a detail for my heart. i was really glad we booked this hotel.
the room we stayed in, it were really small and with no place for our luggage. the coffee were not the best and tasted a bit weird, not what i spected.

historical gem with amazing staff
friendly staffgreat breakfastunique setting
i was really impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. they prepared breakfast early for us one morning, really kind. i loved the unique setting, especially the arched cellar where breakfast was served, it added a special touch to the experience.

the location is excellent with the underground station only a short walk away, around 300 meters. several bus stops are also nearby, giving good access to the train station for airport connections. the area felt quiet and safe, i really appreciated that.

The hotel provides free coffee, tea, and cocoa all day in the winter garden. one at the metro station. i found this especially useful when carrying luggage. This made everything much easier.

The room had decent wall thickness for comfortable sleep. I could barely hear outside noise. all rooms are nicely designed. I liked the decor. i found the complimentary tea and coffee set in the room to be a very welcome addition.

the breakfast was excellent. it included many choices. the breakfast area was beautiful and traditional. the building gave a warm welcome feeling. raw wooden floors added to the experience. it does not feel corporate.
the room was very small.
