mixed experience
slow lifts noisy air conditioning
the lifts were quite slow, i waited an average of 10 minutes. this was very irritating, especially when trying to get down for breakfast. also, the air conditioning in my room made a very loud noise, i found it hard to sleep well. it sounded like a constant rumble, even after i adjusted the settings.

the location was very convenient to the subway. a restaurant was in the building. i did not have to leave for meals. the staff was nice and cute too.
my room had some issues that needed addressing. the blinds operated with a chain that did not work well. engineers were not able to fix them while i was there. my bathroom felt small.

The location is great for exploring the area. It is near the subway, Central Park, and many good restaurants. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were super clean and cozy.
I noticed there was no refrigerator in the room.

The bell hop team was the BEST!!! Check-in was friendly, and the staff were always available to answer questions and provide assistance.
