the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
I encountered some issues . The promised rollaway bed was unavailable upon arrival, this caused considerable inconvenience. the room also lacked basic amenities such as sufficient towels and washcloths, i had to request them, this felt unacceptable given the price. staff seemed somewhat indifferent, addressing requests slowly.

the location suited me well. its proximity to the prudential center proved useful for shopping. my room was quiet. a large double bed ensured i got a nice sleep.
the rooftop pool closed for a season. it was disappointing. the facility fee seemed a bit much since i didnt use all facilities.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. I appreciated the location because it was close to many attractions. I found the rooftop pool quite refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The gym had modern equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes.

The hotel is near public transportation. The Prudential Center is across the street, this offers easy access to shops. Duck Tours depart just one block from the hotel, it is VERY convenient.

My parlor king suite featured spacious layout. The room included a king-sized bed with great mattress. The suite had a separate sitting area, it was quite enjoyable. A complementary cheese platter was a pleasant surprise.

The staff consistently greeted guests. I observed they were helpful with directions. They accommodated requests quickly, I appreciated their attentiveness. Pam in the breakfast area provided excellent service.
