temperature regulation staff explanation
i encountered a issue with the air conditioning . it wasn't able to be turned lower than 65 degrees. a member of staff mentioned it was against the law. the temperature in the room was uncomfortable for me, i believe this regulation should be reviewed, or an exemption considered for individual comfort, as this limitation impacted my stay negatively.

friendly staff amazing view luggage storage
My room offered floor-to-ceiling windows. It provided an amazing view. I also liked that they stored luggage prior to check-in. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The window facing the river only had sheers, so the early morning light woke me up.
