nice restaurant useful advice good light slow lift apple pay carpet stain
The hotel has a nice restaurant on the premises. The doorman offered useful advice. He helped us choose transportation to the airport. The room offered a very nice view and good light.
The lift system was slow. I spent a lot of time waiting. The hotel did not accept Apple Pay. This was annoying. There was a stain on the living room carpet.

decent visit at a costly rate
glass bathroom nice touch clean room long wait times poor soundproofing corridor noise
The location was certainly convenient, with access to various areas by foot. i appreciated the floor-to-ceiling glass in the bathroom. It added a nice touch. the room was clean. I found that the room was well kept.
I found the elevator wait times to be quite long at times.

acceptable stay, a few issues
slow elevator early room service
the location was definitely good for moving around the city.
The elevators seemed slow, and it often took several minutes to get one. it was annoying waiting so long, especially during peak hours. also, the room service ended too early at 10:30 pm. There wasn't any all-day dining available, frustrating after arriving late from a flight.
