our beautiful king room had sufficient space. i found two bottles of complimentary water, nice. the hotel's proximity to grand central terminal proved useful for transportation throughout the city.
the in-room tv had limited channel options.

the staff provided quick assistance with directions, and they always maintained a professional demeanor. i noticed the front desk was consistently staffed, so assistance was readily available. the concierge efficiently managed luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

The location was great for getting around. Everything felt very central.
The room i booked, the double room with two double beds, wasn't as clean as i hoped. i found some dust on the furniture. It looked like it had been a while since a thorough cleaning. also, getting extra towels was more difficult than it should have been, i had to call a couple of times to get enough for our needs

I found the hotel rooms spacious and wonderfully clean. The staff offered fantastic service. They were both friendly and helpful with all requests. I especially loved the accessibility to transportation since I moved around a lot. The location allowed very convenient access to many landmarks. I am super excited about my visit.
I found it a little disappointing that the bar's opening time was set for 5 PM. I wish I could start my relaxation earlier. This would greatly enhance the experience.

The Market Cafe provides excellent food options that were readily available. I enjoyed the quick service and diverse menu; it allowed a flexible dining experience. I would definitely recommend their breakfast sandwiches; they offer a great start to your day.

The manager was indeed courteous and accommodating. Check-in was QUICK and seamless right at 3pm. The junior suite room felt very spacious and comfortable. The vicinity was great since everything was at my leisure by walking.
the exterior of the main entrance smells like a combination of urine and marijuana smoke, what a shame. there IS a $55 per day "resort" fee. I did get a $15 credit for The Market. The Club on floor 16 is not the same as before.

the location is very central, EVERYTHING is really central in this part of the city. It allowed convenient access to many landmarks. i could walk to the Empire State Building and times square, without any trouble at all.

staff was courteous and helpful during my stay. Check-in at the front desk was seamless and took little time. the doorman and valet service also contributed to a good hotel experience. no QUEUES!
