i returned to a place that feels like home. everyone provided unfailingly polite service, starting from the doormen to the guest relations manager. i immediately asked for a mattress topper, promptly delivered, ensuring i had sound sleep. the cleaning throughout all areas maintained a high standard, reflecting the care taken.
i found that the room showed its age. the bathroom design could be improved, particularly the handheld shower, which tended to spray water. the absence of a dresser with drawers presented some challenges for organizing clothes. pillows felt a bit lumpy, affecting sleep quality.

This recent visit marked my fourth year staying here. I requested the Classic Family Room again. It offers ample space and mountain views. Upon arrival, the front of house team swiftly managed our luggage. The reception staff booked us in efficiently with a welcome drink. It was a great start after the early flight.
The telephone in my room was rather dirty. I noticed some build-up of dirt in the bathroom corners, which I did not EXPECT.
