Okay Stay, Some Issues Observed
limited sockets high charge
The room needed some updating, REALLY. The shower had issues, it alternated between hot and cold water. There WERE only a few electrical sockets available, inconvenient for charging devices. The service charge added to bar prices felt excessive. I found it annoying to pay MORE while already waiting for my order.

superb stay!
nice breakfast friendly staff convenient location clean hotel
I found the breakfast options really nice. There was a large buffet with many Portuguese and English choices. the staff were very friendly and helped with everything i needed. the hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the city center. the hotel is very clean too. I felt grateful.
the bar prices are quite high and a 10% service charge is added, i think they should work on this.

the staff seemed accessible and always ready to help with directions and information. their assistance made it easier to explore the area, i really appreciate it. i can see their dedication.

There are several leisure areas in the hotel for relaxation. It has indoor and outdoor pools. the gym provides opportunities for exercise with enough equipment. i enjoyed the pool area and its relaxing ambiance.

the breakfast buffet had many options including pastries, fruits, cheeses, and juices. the breakfast hall is large and airy with wall to wall windows that offer a fine ocean view. the food was AMAZING!!!

underwhelming experience
dark room bad shower
the breakfast had a good mixture of hot, cold, sweet and savory options.
i paid extra for a sea view room and honestly it wasn't worth the extra cost the room was very dark and in need of refurbishment plus there were not enough electrical sockets the shower was really bad and alternated between scalding and freezing plus it caused a flood.
