Excellent Gym and Spa Amenities

convenient location gym equipment free access friendly staff

I am very glad for the convenient location near bus routes. I found train routes made travel around the city easy. The gym's equipment impressed me, and I appreciated the free access to the fitness facilities. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

I was slightly dissapointed that the room's temperature wasn't adjustable directly.

Rooms

8/10

My room offered sufficient space and maintained cleanliness. It had basic amenities, however, was nothing really good. It served my needs for both relaxation and work effectively .

Facilities

9/10

I enjoyed the fitness facilities like the tennis courts and football field that were readily available. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a real treat, and the multiple swimming pools provided options. The spa services included was nice.

Superb Hotel and Spa

lovely gym careful presentation friendly staff convenient transport

The gym presents lovely qualities. Breakfast seems good. I noticed careful presentation. Staff appear friendly, which I appreciated. I found convenient transport links, including the pool, spa, and gym. These facilities really exceeded what I expect, and the easy access made everything better.

I did found that the initial interaction with a receptionist seems less cute. This person did not acknowledge our arrival, a detail that felt strange.

Rooms

9/10

The rooms offer a lush experience, and comfort is certainly a priority. I observed that housekeeping staff are very lovely. I must say that the kindness shown by the staff is a definite plus.

Facilities

10/10

I noticed that the spa facilities seems awesome. The hotel offers warm pools both inside and outside. I can recommend a walk to Winterhude through Mühlenkamp and Stadtpark. These areas provide a beautiful, green environment.

Service

9/10

I was charmed by the great service provided. Staff seemed supportive , especially given our limited German. I found them helpful with any issues. Their attention helped a lot, I must say.
