I found the hotel conveniently located near the train station. Restaurants and bars are also nearby. The hotel has a peaceful courtyard. The room felt warm and cozy, AND i was very impressed with the customer service. They were helpful and kind.

The location was quite convenient, close to the lake and various restaurants on lange reihe. I found it easy to reach the main train station. the staff were very helpful. the breakfast included a lot of choices, all served fresh, and i enjoyed it. i would gladly return during warmer months to have breakfast in the nice courtyard.
i noticed a slight noise issue from outside during the night.

The staff proved very helpful and made sure my needs were met. My room had nice amenities, including a coffee machine and a heated towel rack. The hotel is conveniently located about ten minutes walk from the train station. It was very easy to get around.
The isolation proved poor and sleeping was not optimal due to noise. I could hear people talking outside the window and in the hallway. the shower could be cleaner, but the hotel had many positive aspects.
