the family room had bunk beds above the main double bed, and a baby cot. the hotel sits within easy walking distance of the main train station. it is close to the berliner tor u-bahn / s-bahn station. i appreciated the wide, comfortable bed in my spacious, clean room.
i noticed a lack of a shower door, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor.

the location was great for travels from the airport. it was easy to get to the city center. the staff was excellent and really helpful. the bar had a nice owner.
the shower had a very minor issue. a small piece was missing. some water leaked after i showered.

It was helpful to get detailed travel directions by email before i arrived. the location offers great access to public transport. The station is near both the underground and overground lines. it is also a short walk to the main railway station. i found a really good supermarket on the route between the station and the hotel.
the bar's limited operating hours were a bit inconvenient, especially since it's closed on sundays and mondays!

the restaurant isn't open every evening. i wasn't told when a manager would be in the hotel. it's okay, though.
