helpful stafffaulty tvworn indents
the staff were helpful. they gave good recommendations.
The tv did not work. We waited until 11pm for a new receptionist to fix it, quite inconvenient. the claim of luxurious beds is false. Ours had three mattress toppers to hide worn indents. the air conditioning broke down on our last night. We received a pedestal fan as a solution.
