i found the staff very friendly. the room was clean. i enjoyed the variety of options at breakfast. it made my mornings very easy. i appreciated that the location overlooked the nile. the hotel provided a sense of security . the concierge team helped me navigate the city safely. i felt very cared for . the rooftop pool had a lovely view of the nile. i found the staff helpful when i had questions. the restaurants on-site offered diverse choices. it was easy to find something i liked.
i found the gym equipment a bit outdated. it could use some upgrades.

turkish fooddecent rate
The turkish food in the restaurant was good (especially the hand washing performance!).
It seemed like I was treated as an outsider. I had been staying at the hotel since October 5th, BUT that did not matter. THE problem was that I was wanting to extend.

I received such a warm welcome!!! the room was super clean, and everything i could possibly need was there. fresh fruit and sweet treats. It was a romantic escape. the staff took so much pride in keeping the rooms clean, and that care.

The service was very fast with requests for rooms. the cleanliness was good, especially after speaking with the management. They ensured everything was well-cleaned. they kept asking if i needed anything else, showing that they wanted me to be at ease.
