friendly staffunadjustable heat
the staff was friendly enough i suppose.
the room's heat was set way too high i could not adjust it, a real pain. the front desk said someone would come look at it, but nobody ever showed up to deal with it. it.

the location was central to many attractions i walked to the acropolis easily the rooftop restaurant offered great views. the breakfast included many options i ate there every morning
the minibar did not get cold enough i prefer my drinks colder it was a minor issue though

The front desk provided alternative transport options during a strike. It helped me get around. The views from the hotel included both the Acropolis and the Temple of Zeus. Staff service at the restaurant was AMAZING!!!
The balcony lacked furniture, but chairs were delivered promptly after I requested them.

The rooftop breakfast provided excellent views of the Acropolis.
The room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. The temperature remained too high. Staff did not resolve the issue despite my repeated requests. This significantly impacted the comfort of my stay (it was rather unpleasant).
