misleading menu plastic waste
The indoor pedestrian bridge provides easy access to the airport terminal.
I found some aspects disappointing. The room service menu labeled 'all day' was misleading. It was not actually available all day. sustainability efforts seemed minimal. There was single-use plastic everywhere, and i did not see any recycling initiatives.

easy access new equipment
the hotel connects directly to terminal 3. the access tunnel made getting to my flight easy. the gym include several treadmills and stationary bikes. the equipment was new and well maintained. i really appreciated the early access.
i found the hallway carpets was slightly worn in places. this did not bother me too much. i still had a good visit.

unhelpful desk ignored messages
The breakfast offered a good, varied selection.
The front desk was not helpful with my requests. It was quite disappointing. My calls were picked up only once. Messages asking for a callback were ignored. I had to physically go to the lobby late at night to get assistance from a manager.

convenient airport stay
pedestrian bridge lebanese restaurant large bed
the direct access to terminal 3 via the pedestrian bridge was convenient , especially with our early morning flight. the lebanese restaurant , mezzeh , served delicious food. i found the room clean and the bed large enough for a restful night.
the noise from the corridor was disruptive as staff members slammed doors and moved trolleys, making it difficult to sleep well.

the lebanese restaurant offered very delicious food , and there was to be a variety of dining options available, though i only experienced one. breakfast is available early , an excellent feature for travelers with early flights needing a quick , convenient meal. i noticed several positive comments made about the club lounge.

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 3 via a pedestrian bridge, a significant advantage. there is access to a pool and a gift shop that sells souvenirs, should you need to pick up anything. i did notice that the airport proximity enables quick access to flight gates.
