the room lacked attention to detail. i found no way to use the full-length mirror. also, the toilet made loud sputtering noises with each flush, a major design flaw.

The staff was so helpful and courteous. Mirko gave Excellent guidance for local places. I am grateful they were really nice too ensure a great stay. I would revisit with absolute pleasure.

The hotel was a bit far from some tourist spots so I needed to use Uber.

The hotel is near the Garibaldi station. It is easily accessible from the station. The staff offered a free upgrade to a junior suite, which I appreciated. Salvatore offered helpful directions and advice in the morning.

The room was not cleaned one day, even without a 'do not disturb' sign.
