mixed feelings about this stay

poor mirror loud toilet

the staff offered a free upgrade to an avani junior suite, a gesture that was acceptable.

the room lacked attention to detail. i found no way to use the full-length mirror. also, the toilet made loud sputtering noises with each flush, a major design flaw.

helpful staff excellent guidance great stay

The staff was so helpful and courteous. Mirko gave Excellent guidance for local places. I am grateful they were very good too ensure a great stay. I would revisit with absolute pleasure.

The hotel was a bit far from some tourist spots so I needed to use Uber.

Really good stay near Garibaldi

junior suite helpful advice central location

The hotel is near the Garibaldi station. It is easily accessible from the station. The staff offered a free upgrade to a junior suite, which I appreciated. Salvatore offered helpful directions and advice in the morning.

The room was not cleaned one day, even without a 'do not disturb' sign.

terrible noise shower stains

My experience was average. The air conditioning made a terrible noise. The shower also wasn't clean. I saw stains. I think they need to pay more attention to these things.
