The staff were so kind. Lamia helped with everything. our room was spacious and very clean! the bathroom featured a walk in shower, i adored the complimentary water bottles! the sky lounge offered a lovely breakfast experience.

the reception was helpful when i needed boarding passes printed, that was acceptable.
The menu remained unchanged for three days. Service was so slow. it took one and a half hours for a meal to arrive, i found this unacceptable. i expect quicker service.

The cleanliness WAS subpar I requested another cleaning for the floor in the room. The general cleanliness needs attention both in the room and the communal areas. The facilities were not ideal either I asked for a place to change before check in. They took ME to a small dressing room it had no space the side was exposed. The hotel did not live up to my expectations so i left earlier.

i loved the spaciousness of the room. a BIG shower head was installed, it was a true delight while showering. the staff was very friendly and cute, this enhanced the stay for me.
the breakfast on the roof terrace had some issues. bees were present around the food, it wasn't pleasant to eat with them flying around. it felt unhygienic due to the exposure of food, it made me unconfortable.

The location proved acceptable. It was conveniently near restaurants..
The room I received was quite disappointing. It was super cold, even with the AC running. I asked for an additional blanket, but the one they eventually sent was filthy and torn.. that was disgusting. The hotel just did not live up to expectations.
