comfortable rooms excellent architecture
the architecture is definitely interesting and very excellent i loved the comfortable rooms the wristband room access system worked really well check in and check out was quick
the pools felt freezing so i had to pay to use the indoor pools

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
excellent reception various food fully stocked shop freezing swimming pool improper room cleaning bath residue
The reception area had a wow factor. The restaurant also impressed me. I could select from various foods. The hotel shop was fully stocked and it included everything needed (this was very convenient).
The swimming pools were freezing. It was too cold for me to use them. My room was not cleaned properly, so there were hairs all over the bathroom. Residue was around the top of the bath.

Animation Team Rocks!
fun activities water aerobics nightly entertainment
The animation team provided so many fun activities for all ages. Bingo at 4pm was my absolute favourite, followed by water aerobics! The nightly entertainment was also excellent. I loved that they always wore a smile!!!

broken shower stained sheets
The lobby design presents as loved. It had me expecting far better.
my room was very disappointing. the shower was broken, and when i emptied the bathtub, water leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. the sheets had stains, and i found little cleaning.
