Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The gym was a significant letdown. Several pieces of equipment were out of order (I believe half of it). The heating system was broken as well, so the room was freezing. I found the lack of proper maintenance disappointing and it affected my workout routine.

the location was great. i could easily walk to many attractions and tube stations. my room was quiet, which i really appreciated, considering i was in the city. the executive triple room was spacious and cleaned daily.
the mini bar only contained water. that was slightly disappointing.

The hotel is located on a very pretty street near the Underground. I found it easy to travel from the airport. It was also an easy walk to some sights around the area. The reception staff was friendly. Check-in was also easy.
The hotel restaurant was not very good. I noticed some chairs not in a good state. Stained cushions were present. One chair's arm was broken with a sharp metal bit.

I found the location quite advantageous for transportation. The proximity to underground stations made moving around quite easy. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, it ensured restful nights. There also existed a variety of dining choices nearby, which i found very convenient.
The selection of television channels was rather limited. This was a minor inconvenience.

The vicinity provides easy access to both Earls Court and Gloucester underground stations. A trip to or from Heathrow via the Piccadilly Line takes approximately thirty-five minutes. Two grocery stores are available if needed.

Staff members demonstrated efficiency. They seemed pleasant in interactions and ready to meet my requirements. I found the personnel to be helpful.
