I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The deluxe room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with a lovely balcony. I even upgraded to a Deluxe suite, which was absolutely fantastic. The service from the moment I arrived until I left was exceptional, especially Mini at the breakfast restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, situated between Seminkak and Kuta on a beautiful pedestrian-only part of the beach. The dining experience, although in the back streets, offered delicious options, including bespoke crepes and omelettes. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
