attentive staff upgraded room delicious food reasonable price
The staff provided really good service. They were attentive and always willing to help! i especially loved the upgraded room upon arrival. It set a wonderful tone. the food at dinner and breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was also reasonably priced.
the lighting was a little bright at times, but dimming them fixed the problem.

The reception staff offered helpful directions and suggestions for local attractions. They are so knowledgeable. caoimhe, the waitress, gave us amazing service. kate on reception welcomed us and always made us so happy.

this hotel greeted me with open arms! the breakfast included fresh fruit, such a treat. i stayed in room 305, it was spacious and airy with a very comfortable bed and pillows! the high standard of linen was noticeable, and the walk-in shower in the immaculate bathroom gleamed.
i noticed the bar could get quite busy. the reception area's cozy spot by the fire was lovely. but sometimes it was hard to find a seat.

this place offers great comfort with ample parking in an overflow lot next to it, convenient. the hotel features a spa and a hot tub for relaxation. it has a bright, beautifully decorated interior.

loud guests uncomfortable bed
the noise was pretty bad i heard guests shouting late at night it was impossible to sleep well. the bar downstairs allowed guests to get too loud it. also the bed was just two singles pushed together there was a noticeable gap. it was not comfortable at all the room was noisy the bed was uncomfortable

the staff were helpful from check-in to the health suite. the bar service was great. the reception was faultless.
i was given a different room to what i booked. the hot tubs in the spa were not as advertised.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing, a real highlight of my mornings! my room was quite spacious and always very clean. It added so much to my comfort.
the tv had limited channels, i think some additional options would be nice.
