the gym had some great equipment including hammer strength equipment i spoke to the general manager there she was training after work she was very friendly breakfast offered plenty of choice and was tasty
i had an adjoining room i was woken up by an alarm in the next room at 530am on sunday i rang reception but no one answered i went downstairs and was told nothing could be done the staff showed zero interest

the staff was helpful especially sarah and lina from reception they were efficient rooms are ok and the bar has a good menu ruby and matas were exemplary bar guys the health and wellness club offers modern amenities i found everything i needed
i noticed a slight issue with the breakfast cooked options they were just average i feel some improvement here would enhance the overall dining experience further

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were pretty good too assist with every request. the bar area had really good food, and i especially liked the convenient fast wifi access throughout the hotel. the bed was very comfortable, and it gave me the best night's sleep i've had in a while (it was amazing!). the leisure facilities were super clean, and plenty of lockers were available, with a complimentary towel and locker fob provided.
the air conditioning was slightly louder than expected, so that might be an issue for those sensitive to noise.

the reception staff was helpful during check-in and check-out processes, and they answered all my questions clearly. they were particularly attentive and ensured my requests were handled efficiently. the staff ensured we had a fantastic experience, as every interaction was warm and professional.

the venue has a good ambiance, with a vibrant atmosphere thanks to the on-site starbucks. klaudia at reception provided a genuinely warm welcome. the hotel's gym is well-equipped, and the bar offered appealing sports events. i enjoyed a 7 am breakfast.
i was not happy with my fish and chips as there were bones. the food was not great

the bed felt very comfortable, perfect for restful nights after long days. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, it maintained an ideal temperature in the room. big windows added a lovely natural light to the room. i loved the high-quality samsung tv.
the check-in terminal did present a bit of a challenge.
