a satisfactory stay
friendly staff clean hotel great breakfast cold room heating control slow response
the staff were friendly on arrival. the hotel was clean and modern. i loved the breakfast it catered for everyone and i could ask if i wanted anything extra.
i got to my room it was cold so i showered and jumped in bed. i was still feeling cold so had to get up get dressed and go to reception to put in a complaint. i was sent back to my room to wait another 10, 15 minutes for someone to come and check the heating control and confirm it wasn't working.

the staff offered a warm welcome at reception and during breakfast. they handled everything efficiently and courteously. nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the hotel car park is spacious and well laid out.
the room felt somewhat basic and lacked amenities like an iron or trouser press.

convenient location friendly staff accurate description small room ineffective air conditioning missing fridge
the location was great for my needs. i had work nearby in pride park. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room matched its description online.
the room felt a little small to me. i think a mini fridge would have been useful to keep water cold. the air conditioning wasn't very effective and i was quite hot throughout the night. it was like warm air was circulating.

I found very helpful staff! the bar had a good selection, especially the spirits. the room was very spacious. i appreciated the working ac. It kept the room cool.
I found the floors a bit sticky. the carpets had some horrible stains. there was dust on surfaces, except for the table and bathroom cabinet. I noticed it immediately.

I appreciated the clean room I had. Black out curtains were fitted and that was nice. The staff member on reception was very cute.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. I found it difficult to operate. A bottle of water cost £5.05 and that is too much.
