The hotel's location next to the stations proved useful. The complimentary mini bar provided a selection of drinks and snacks. I found it a nice touch. The room was spacious. It had enough room for luggage and relaxation.

the location provided easy access to transport links i found this convenient for exploring.

I loved the location. It was so close to everything (a major plus for exploring). alice at reception was an absolute delight. Her warmth. the complimentary minibar was a sweet touch, stocked with good treats i wasn't expecting.
The street noise was quite noticeable (i had room 302). Light sleepers might find it disruptive.

the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the noise levels were unexpectedly high. I was frustrated by loud music that continued into the night. breakfast was particularly poor. The food was cold and the service disorganised.
