the room was clean and elegantly furnished.

the room i had was small. there was no dresser , and that was disappointing. the hotel felt more like a 4-star than a 5-star , especially considering the cost.

the location was acceptable, NEAR attractions and services.

The gym was SMALL, and I found it quite average. Honestly, it needs an upgrade, and the equipment felt outdated. I EXPECTED something more modern for such a hotel.

My beautiful king room was super clean. Thick robes were available in the closet. The rooftop terrace offered a nice space to relax. Staff members were friendly and very helpful.

The Il Pampero restaurant had a delicious breakfast. I requested a fresh Mediterranean salad each morning, and the staff prepared it kindly. The restaurant staff showed great attention to detail and provided warm service.

the room was a good size with a large window that faced a park. i found the housekeeping service to be very fast. there were many seating areas, including a beautiful garden patio.

slow room service excessive minibar prices

I found the room service slow! it took almost an hour to get a simple sandwich. the temperature control in the room was AWFUL. It was either too hot or too cold. the shower pressure was inconsistent, going from weak to strong without warning. there was a stain on the carpet near the bed i found. the minibar prices were excessive. I paid £10 for a small bottle of water.
