I found the room service slow! it took almost an hour to get a simple sandwich. the temperature control in the room was AWFUL. It was either too hot or too cold. the shower pressure was inconsistent, going from weak to strong without warning. there was a stain on the carpet near the bed i found. the minibar prices were excessive. I paid £10 for a small bottle of water.
