the room was quite clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. the location was also convenient, a short walk from liverpool street.

The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to public transport.
The room got quite warm, even with the thermostat set low. The minibar was not restocked daily. I had to call to request water. the ice machine on my floor was also out of order for the duration of my stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially ms marta and ms bianca. rooms are clean and cozy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. i definitely plan to book this hotel again, it was a maximum enjoyment.
i found the lobby, reception, and bar area to be quite small. this may be a concern for some guests seeking more spacious common areas.
