I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning with a wraparound balcony, a very comfortable bed, and excellent facilities in the king-size bedroom. The service was top-notch, easily accommodating our request for 3 rooms close to each other at the reception desk. The location was perfect, nestled in the financial district and quite close to some very conveniently located tube stations. The dining experience was delightful with delicious poached eggs. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The rooms had a gorgeous wraparound balcony and a spacious bathroom with a king-size bed, which I found super comfy. The service was top-notch as they easily accommodated our request for three rooms close to each other, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The location was fantastic, very close to the underground station and Guildhall's Art Gallery for the Roman Amphitheatre. However, the dining options were a bit limited, but the laksa was delicious. The facilities were great overall.
