faulty air conditioning high temperature
The location was good, and the breakfast options were acceptable.
The air conditioning did not really work. The windows did not open in my room. The room temperature was uncomfortably high, so the room felt stuffy.

weak air conditioning persistent knocking
the breakfast was rich and varied, a good start to the day.
The air conditioning seemed mostly for show. It didn't really cool the room. also, housekeeping woke us up early one morning with persistent knocking. They wanted to know if we wanted the room cleaned (apparently at 8 am). then another day, after we were out for 10 hours, the room wasn't cleaned at all (so either extreme dedication or total lack thereof).

Fantastic Hotel Experience
excellent location spacious room generous breakfast laid-back hosting
The location was great! it was near tourist spots and transportation to and from the airport. The room was spacious, and I could see Mount Floyen from my window. The breakfast buffet was generous with many options. I appreciated that. I also found the laid-back atmosphere quite welcome.
The air conditioning did not work very well in my room, it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

Staff members were friendly and efficient. They addressed my questions promptly. The breakfast service was well-organized, and the staff ensured the buffet remained stocked and tidy. I appreciated their attention to detail.

The room provided a good space for luggage and movement, and I found it very clean. Amenities included a robe, eye mask, and ear plugs. I found that very helpful. The shampoo and body wash also smelled nice.

convenient location breakfast variety friendly staff room cleanliness
I found the location convenient, its placement right on a pedestrian street allowed easy access to main attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day. The staff showed consistent friendliness and eagerness to assist with inquiries. I noticed the room cleanliness and the decor provided a relaxed atmosphere.
The elevator did seem a little slow, but it was not a huge concern.
