the staff were very friendly. we were greeted with prosecco on arrival, a NICE surprise. the rooms are immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. the owner was accommodating.
netflix did not WORK correctly. i found it somewhat annoying that the hotel was very strict on when you can and can't use the jet bath.

The love suite provided a good experience. It featured a private steam room. a hot tub enhanced the romantic feel. the breakfast consistently offered excellent quality each morning. locally sourced bacon and sausages added a special touch.
the love snug room was slightly too warm, so the windows needed to be open.

Amazing Suite Experience

The hotel provided a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. I found roses in the room upon my arrival as I had ordered it. Breakfast in the room was a really romantic thing to do and I really enjoyed it.
The room we had gets warm, so I had to keep the windows open. This meant it got very noisy outside during the night and I didn't get much sleep.

The location allows easy walking access to both Windermere and Bowness. The convenience of this location made exploring the area easy. I was able to see so much without relying heavily on transportation.

The staff was so cute and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They offered assistance with all my needs and questions throughout my visit. It seemed like they were always available.

The Sugar suite had a well-decorated living area. It featured luxe furniture and carefully considered furnishings. Fresh flowers were in a vase showing great attention to detail I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities The bedroom was stylish. The spa bathroom offered a hot tub a shower steam room and a relaxation area. Complimentary robes and Molton Brown toiletries were available. The room was spotlessly clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival which i thought was a lovely touch. My suite had a private patio and hot tub, providing an additional touch of luxury. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, complete with chocolates and bottled water.
the hotel was not as secluded as i initially expected, i thought the location was a bit busier than i prefer.
