the room decor stood out, especially the high ceiling. the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. i appreciated the superb coffee and tea making facilities, convenient for morning refreshments.

I had difficulty locating the reception upon arrival, as it was unmanned. My room was beside a bar. I was informed of potential noise, but the actual volume exceeded my expectations. More staff are needed to improve the service in the bars, as cocktail preparation can take a long time when there is a queue.

The hotel's decor is elegantly quirky. Excellent bar facilities are present. The location is close to nearby shops, bars, and restaurants (all within a short walk).
My room was very small, I asked if it was possible to change it. The receptionist was quite rude and said the hotel was fully booked. I was disappointed with the customer service.
