the staff were very friendly and accommodating. i found them smiling every time they saw guests. the location is quite good.
the toilet was in a separate room outside the bathroom. there was no sink to wash hands. this made it quite inconvenient. there was human hair on the bathroom surfaces. housekeeping did not maintain it well.

Check-in was smooth.. the staff was efficient. Our room was large and super clean. I found the receptionist helpful when printing boarding cards for our return flight. The location is central, with access to the promenade, transport, and shops.
I encountered an inadequate response regarding a missing item from my room. The front desk only inquired with housekeeping, and there was no further resolution.
