Excellent Location and Service
helpful staff quiet room
The front desk staff, Paolo and James, were very helpful. They provided assistance with extra towels and reservations. Room 204 was especially quiet and suited my needs. I found it decent.
I have no complaints to report.

adequate stay near the station
train station convenient location friendly staff breakfast selection worn carpet usb port air flow
the location proved convenient as it was close to the train station and many attractions. staff were very friendly and accommodating . the breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning.
the hallway carpet was worn and probably needed cleaning. the room had no usb port, a minor inconvenience. i found the air flow in the room to be insufficient.

worn carpeting mosquito bites
The breakfast buffet included coffee made to order and that was acceptable.
The worn carpeting in the hallway REALLY bothered me. There was also NO air flow inside the room. I opened the windows and got bitten by mosquitos. It was TERRIBLE.

great location nice breakfast helpful staff worn carpeting no usb no air flow
The location was excellent. It was easy to get to shopping and dining. The breakfast was very nice. The staff helped with any questions or needs.
The hallway carpet needed a deep cleaning. There was no USB port in the room. There was no air flow inside the room.

a bit rough around the edges
worn carpeting mosquito bites
the location was convenient, close to many attractions. but still.
My room felt a little outdated, especially that worn carpeting in the hallway. I wish they would replace that thing. there was barely any airflow. plus, i got bitten by mosquitos when i opened the windows. apply, twice.
