The staff members were helpful and friendly . The location is PRIME as it is situated right in the heart of the town centre. Underground parking was available, and it proved to be useful.
I noticed the windows seemed to need cleaning. Visibility WAS slightly affected.

I found the room very clean with all necessary amenities provided. This included ironing facilities and convenient luggage storage. the staff were genuinely hospitable. the hotel's location proved quite central, offering many dining options within easy walking distance.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

the staff were really helpful and polite .
i must say the room needed a serious update. the front steps into the hotel were also quite slippery when wet. this made entering and exiting the building a bit hazardous, particularly with luggage
