decent stay with service issues

slow check-in overcrowded buffet
check-in was slow I had to wait quite a while the staff seemed a bit disorganized. the room temperature was difficult to regulate the heating system seemed inconsistent. i found the noise levels from outside disruptive at times especially early in the morning. the breakfast buffet was overcrowded at peak times there was a long queue for eggs. limited vegetarian options were available it was a bit disappointing.

good parking city center breakfast variety lower price whirring sound thermal suite
the hotel had good parking available. the location was a short walk to the city center. breakfast had many choices (a great variety of pastries).
i booked in advance and saw the price reduce online, but i could not get the lower rate. a whirring sound disturbed my sleep all night. two of the thermal suites in the spa were out of order when i visited, and i wasn't told in advance.
