The location was excellent. the foyer displayed an evening light show. i used the tv to watch my netflix. the spa and pool were free to use. The gym seemed good. breakfast provided well-served tea in a pot.
the minibar bill had an incorrect charge. i called reception and they apologised before deleting the charge. watch out for this as there's a sensor apparently that logs it, even if you just open the fridge.

the spacious room offered views, though the cathedral view wasn't visible from every angle. the beds were comfortable with quality linens. the room included a well-stocked minibar and a coffee machine.

breakfast was extensive and featured both hot and cold options. the restaurant served mediterranean food, though menu choices were limited. the bar offered a variety of cocktails; the prices were consistent with a hotel.

location was very good to visit many sites. rooms were good with river view. hotel was very comfy and tidy. they provide bottle of water and chocolate.
i experienced slight delay at check in. there was small queue and only few staff members was available. i waited around 10 minutes before i was assisted.

the room included a mini bar, flat-screen tv, and safe. i found the bed to be comfortable and the linens were soft. a work desk and chair was also in my room.

breakfast featured a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and local specialties. they had great coffee and attentive staff. i liked fresh orange juice, it tasted lovely.
