Overall, my stay was quite mixed. The hotel is charmingly situated with lovely surroundings, but I faced issues with the accommodation and the breakfast left much to be desired. While the food served during the event was excellent, the breakfast options did not meet expectations. The service during the function was lacking with insufficient staff available, which was unfortunate, especially as we had to deal with last-minute pricing changes.

However, I was very disappointed with the payment situation as the owner insisted on charging us an extra R5000 beyond the agreed quote, which was a stressful surprise. Overall, the venue is lovely, but communication and pricing need improvement.
