The hotel is a gem, with large and airy beautiful rooms that offer an excellent standard. They are very modern but clean and comfortable, though the dining options could use a bit more variety. The service is top-notch, with lovely and friendly staff always there to assist. The location is convenient, close to the CBD and within walking distance of many local attractions. The dining experience is outstanding, especially enjoying meals in the garden by the pools.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Franschhoek with easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were so cozy and charming, especially with the lovely cakes and biscuits set out for afternoon tea. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure I had a memorable break. However, upgrading the bedding for added comfort would be a nice touch.
