The location was ideal, offering easy access to local restaurants, and i found several within a comfortable walking distance. the staff were superb and very friendly. Domingos and shelley were particularly helpful. the room overlooking the pool was spacious and comfortable, which i really liked.
The breakfast was fair. I expected more variety and better quality for a hotel of this level. our room had a partial sea view, but it was obstructed, so the description was a little misleading. i also found the decoration in our room to be somewhat tasteless and outdated. It needs updating.

The staff was helpful. Domingos offered great local tips. Shelley prepared lovely breakfasts each morning. I also found the location ideal. I walked to the Waterfront Mall and felt completely safe. The hotel's attention to detail.

mixed feelings about the room

basic decor slow service
the room was very clean.
I was expecting more, frankly. the decor felt quite basic, and i found it a little bland (it really needed something to liven it up). also, the breakfast service was really slow. It sometimes took ages to get simple things like coffee.
