tv communal balcony italian restaurant good communication
the room had a tv with iplayer and netflix. i used the communal balcony, and it presented views of the area. access to an italian restaurant downstairs was convenient, though it closes early. i found the host to be nice and communicative.

The room included a self catering kitchen. It had a good range of cereals and breads. Milk, butter, and jams were available. Hot drinks were also available.
The stairs to the room were steep.

warm welcome breakfast item gorgeous view
diana gave me a very warm welcome! nothing was too much trouble. the hotel has a communal kitchen with lots of breakfast items available, it was a nice touch. the italian restaurant and bar are fantastic, it has gorgeous views of the wear.
The initial stairs had a picture and i could not put a full foot on it. It was dangerous if you have mobility or back issues

warm welcome modern ensuite simple breakfast
i found the welcome warm. the beds had great comfort, a real plus. the modern ensuite added a touch of luxury and was easy to use. breakfast included cereal and toast.
The stairs were quite steep. Anyone with mobility issues might find them challenging.
